The Organizers are able to capitalize on the program’s rich history of almost all the monument buildings in Radio Kootwijk, its prestigious alumni and the celebration events of Monumentendag, in the Netherlands.

To secure the desired media coverage in the local regions we offer a summary of our Publicity Plan for 2009. This is a public relations outreach of the "2009 europARTexpo". The europARTexpo team will secure the following, on behalf of the attending Artists, Patrons and Sponsors of the europARTexpo 2009:

 

Public Relations Outreach

To increase media interest in the europARTexpo, the organizers worked together to establish a date for the announcement of the europARTexpo 2009 - well in advance of the September Celebration Events. In July 2009, the organizers will issued a press release and conduct extensive media outreach for the europARTexpo 2009.

In conjunction with the July announcement, the organizers will work with reporters of the local newspapers, a news film crew and a documentarian film crew. Our aim will be to secure several feature article and news briefs which will detail the program and introduced the europARTexpo to Art lovers as well as their Sponsors and Patrons.

From July to August, the Organizers will also drafted additional press materials to further support the europARTexpo, including a press release on media coverage collected during the organization of the europARTexpo.


Public Relations Buffet Dinner for Artists

A documentarian film crew will follow the Artists - from start to finish.

This includes the installation of art work, the buffet dinner for Artists, the opening Celebration Event, as well as the media alert on our special Guests - who will be invited to open the europARTexpo, on September 2, 2009.


Message to the world

The organizers will offer the rights to an opinion piece on the art collection on display, as well as another opinion on the art education – side of the europARTexpo. As this message is relevant to the current educational landscape of Art throughout the world.

As a result of the Organizers extensive media outreach on both the regional level and an international level, the europARTexpo team will generate the following media coverage on behalf of the Sponsors:

The total impressions of a public relations campaign for more than 10 000 copies of the catalog to be distributed to local Hotels and other places of Interest, within this area of the Netherlands.
